What is the inspiration behind the brand?
It's perosnal. Growing up, I played cricket at a relatively high level. This developed into a passion for fitness as I grew older. Sport taught me discipline, resilience, team work, leadership and work ethic - things pivotal to success in life and I would not be where I am today without it. It is my duty to help others lead a healthy lifestyle so that they can experience the benefits of health and fitness. As an adult juggling different aspects of life, I know firsthand how tough it can be to stay consistent with nutrition and exercise. Fitness Made Practical aims to make health and fitness sustainable for everyone.
What is the 'Practical' in Fitness Made Practical?
People often share content on what is 'optimal' for a specific goal, but that may not be practical for you - Why? Because you may lead a vastly different lifestyle from the full-time pro bodybuilder or college fitness influencer. Our aim is to provide you with consolidated, research-backed content and put it into perspective so that you can decide what is practical for you, the individual.
The app gives you meal plans and workouts based on your specifics. You are then able to further customize anything you like. The blend of giving you what's appropriate for your constraints and having the ability to further customize allows you to setup a practical lifestyle that is sustainable in the long term.
